Individual Psychotherapy

I gently hold space for you to safely experience and process your concerns, thoughts, emotions and life experiences to address your unique therapeutic goals. Gaining clarity around personal values, needs and dreams lays the groundwork to create a fulfilling and meaningful life experience. Utilizing a variety of techniques as appropriate, I will honor and respect your unique needs and support your personal growth and self-discovery. 

Couples Therapy

Relationship are challenging! I provide a safe, supportive space and respectfully and inclusively work with couples experiencing stress, infidelity and disengagement. To help build a strong relational foundation, I also support pre-marital/pre-commitment couples. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop skills to manage conflict, understand each others driving values and to improve emotional engagement to create a stable and satisfying life together.

Stress Relief & Personal Resiliency

Working with simple and effective strategies and techniques, it is possible to reduce stress and anxiety and improve mood, emotional resiliency, well-being and performance through learning and integrating ongoing self-awareness and energy management skills.

My Approach

As complex beings, humans are conceptually the integration of body, mind and spirit. My integrative approach emerges from the intersection of science, psychology and spirituality and I engage in a relational, encouraging and waveringly hopeful way. 

I am trained in Dynamic, Enriched, Experiential Psychotherapy (DEEP an attachment, interpersonal neurobiology and experiential focused therapy); EMDR Psychotherapy for trauma and pain management;  Acceptance Commitment Therapy (cognitive, behavioral and mindfulness-based), and Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Relational Life Therapy.

 

As a certified HeartMath Coach, I also help individuals develop skills that reduce stress, build resiliency and improve performance through harmonizing the interaction between the mind, emotions, and body as regulated within the central nervous system.
