Therapy is a worthwhile investment in your long-term well-being. If cost is a barrier for you, please let me know as I dedicate several hours each week for reduced-cost sessions which may be an option for you. If you are a returning clients, contact me to discuss.

Payment

I accept Health Savings Account cards, and all major credit cards and Zelle.  Payments are made at the beginning of each session.

Insurance

I do not accept insurance at this time, but can provide a monthly receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Let's discuss how we can best meet your needs.

Medicare Benefits

I do NOT  participate in the Medicare Program. If you receive Medicare Benefits all services are self-pay only and not eligible for Medicare benefits or reimbursement.

Scheduling an Appointment

Initially, I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to get to know each other. When we agree to schedule a full appointment (in person or video session) a credit card is needed to secure your appointment time.

What to Expect in Session

First Session: Your first visit will help us get a general understanding of your situation to determine how we might best help you.

Questions are Welcome: We encourage you to ask questions at any time about your treatment and progress.

Active Participation: Therapy works best when clients spend time in between sessions working on and thinking about what has been discussed in session unless otherwise directed.

Therapeutic Progress: Sometimes clients feel like they are improving, other times progress seems stalled. Sometimes you may leave feeling better, other times you may have unpleasant feelings. This is a natural part of personal growth.  Awareness + Intention + Practice = Change

Cancellation Policy

Please notify me by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance should you need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled appointment. Scheduling changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session rate.
